Every day our conventional sources of fresh water, our aquifers and surface sources of fresh water show more of the effects of the stress and strain of this rising demand. And every day the pollution from conventional water treatment and the concentrate streams from reverse osmosis adversely impact bodies of fresh water and near shore portions of the sea. - All over the globe. -

On the day when the first ship arrives with fresh snowmelt made at sea a new industry will start that will by and by replace first the most environmentally challenging and challenged conventional fresh water sources, the most depleted and most polluting, and later almost all except rural fresh water sources, those where supply and demand balance and where pollution does not interfere. Every commercial supplier of fresh water, in bottles or in bulk, no matter what fresh water source it uses, will immediately have to at least consider buying snowmelt from the ocean and be prepared to do so eventually.
The market potential of this up and coming industry is hard to exaggerate. But marketing in the conventional sense is not anticipated. Once a source of potable water is identified that water is in demand, by potential customers who need water now and who are willing and able to pay for that water.

First: Aquifer Ocean is for sale. With or without consulting assistance.
Second: The Aquifer Ocean technology can be licensed or franchised. Also with or without consulting assistance.
Third: Aquifer Ocean can be built into a delivery system of an unlimited supply of fresh water. Again, with or without consulting assistance. That water can be the raw water source for bottled water, for other commercial and industrial water users, for municipalities, for states and nations and for groups of nations.
It is only a matter of time on the one hand, because as long as mankind increases in numbers the available water supplies are being depleted and a matter of money on the other hand since the return on the required investment will be faster and less risky the longer Aquifer Ocean sits on the sideline and waits for the demand for water to become more urgent. - And it is only a matter of shipping capacity to go from a once a month delivery schedule for a small consumer to a several times a week delivery schedule for a major consumer.
Reasons to act now:
The world will not be ready to explore the possibilities of the Aquifer Ocean technology until that first ship delivers that first load as proof of concept. That is one reason to act now. There is no lower size limit for that ship. But the smaller it is the less water it will harvest and the less money it will make. - If it makes any money at all in the beginning.
The patent is so wide ranging that it simply is a patent for an ocean going ship to make snow from sea water. It will be difficult to imitate or to copy the patent. But the consulting assistance by the inventor to be available until a prototype demonstration at least, is less reliable. Time is on the side of those who act now. That is another reason.
